Internal alterations (Low Fell, Gateshead)
Extensive steelwork to create open plan kitchen area and rear extension with large bi-fold doors.
Bespoke Staircase (Rothbury, Northumberland)
Design of specialist single spine staircase in steel with oak treads. Cantilevered staircase from new moment resisting pad foundation.
Loft Regularisation (Ovingham, Northumberland)
Design of remedial steelwork to maximise headroom to prior non-regularised room in roof. Steelwork spliced to allow ease of erection by self builder.
Open plan kitchen extension (South Shields)
Design of structural steelwork to remove former back end of property to create open plan kitchen. Exposed steel beams with fire resistant paint.
Extensive Strengthening (Ponteland, Northumberland)
Extensive strengthening to existing hipped roof structure in poor condition.
Rear extension (Great Park, Newcastle)
Design of open plan kitchen area with double bi-fold doors onto landscaped garden (see homepage for external image).
Kitchen & dining knock through (Gosforth, Newcastle)
Design of open plan kitchen area and support of chimney on party wall to maximise floor space. Steel support for half landing over to prevent columns into floorspace.
Sun Room and Internal Modifications (North Shields)
Single storey rear extension and internal alterations to create open plan kitchen.

Large open plan area to large listed building in Wylam, Northumberland.
Roof terrace - The Grove Music Venue (Byker, Newcastle)
Design of extensive roof strengthening works to support new roof terrace to courtyard area of the popular Byker music venue "The Grove". Heddon Structures provided extensive designs for floors, roofs, stairs and walls.

Design of plant support steelwork and structure to main snooker hall to allow conversion to take place.
